An intimate, holistic wellness retreat to tap into your most authentic, peaceful self. Soak in the hot tub nestled in the Colorado mountains, go on hikes, cozy up next to the fireplace, have deep and meaningful conversations, and rest, restore, move your body, drop deep into your most centered self, and build deep connection with 8 other women.You'll be guided by two registered yoga teachers, licensed psychotherapists, and practiced meditators. Re-establish clarity, trust, and deep empowerment within yourself. This one time only retreat will offer you a place to feel seen, held, safe and fully expressed.You will learn, grow, relax deeply, feel powerful, purposeful, and become your own best friend. This is a time to prioritize YOU, take space from the world, and give your body the receptive space and care it deserves. The feminine asks to allow the being, to receive, to have pleasure, and to find what you love.Find connection, care, and feel free - remove all the external influences and get to move, meditate, be nourished, and know how to move back into the world after. This is for your mind, body, and soul, this is to find what works for your own unique, beautiful makeup. The Location + Amenities
Easy Access to Snowmass, Colorado in the Heart of the Rocky Mountains
This retreat is set outside of Aspen in Snowmass, Colorado in a beautiful home within pristine nature nestled in the mountains. This beautiful home offers a retreat space with an indoor and outdoor fireplace, a hot tub, a fully equipped beautiful kitchen, and communal and private spaces. There are 4 bathrooms (2 people per bathroom). A holistic, private chef will be catering nutritious, wholesome meals. Each participant will get a 60 minute aromatherapy + healing touch massage with a licensed massage therapist included with their retreat. Let the rocky mountains hold you as you rest, restore, and rejuvenate all your senses.After you submit your deposit, we will send an e-mail with instructions about what to bring with you and all of the details you'll need to be comfortable and relaxed for your self-care retreat experience. We're so excited to have you with us to experience healing and restoration in one of the most beautiful places in North America.To get to the house, you can either fly into Denver International Airport and drive about 4 hours to Snowmass, or you can fly directly into Aspen airport and take a 20 minute bus ride that drops you off right in front of the house. Specific arrival instructions will be given to you depending on how you plan to arrive once you secure your spotPlease arrive by 4 pm MT or later on October 3rd to join us for dinner and plan to leave by 12 pm MT or earlier on October 7th. Breakfast will be provided before departure.

As you can see in the photos above, the accommodations are as follows for 4 nights including organic meals, a private massage, and unlimited hot tub use:1 Room a with King Size Bed and Private Bathroom - Sleeps 2 ($1,850 each. Julia Willinger, LMFT, RYT-200
Gabrielle and Julia are two licensed trauma-informed gestalt psychotherapists, registered yoga teachers, and meditators. They met training at The Relational Center and co-facilitated a bodies and trauma group, mindfulness group, and connected through creativity, music, learning, spirituality, yoga, judaism, and on the topic of women's emotional, spiritual, and physical health. They both identify as highly-sensitive, empathic recovering people-pleasers who want to share what they have learned with others. They have a unique co-facilitation style that many have reflected is balanced, supportive, and creates a beautiful, healing space. They have worked through similar challenges with food, body, chronic pain, romantic and familial relationships, spiritual realization, and more. We cannot wait to share in presence, connection, and learning with all of you!
